Horses/mare bucking when whipped

Hi Lisa. Sam here. My mare bucks whenever shes smacked on her haunches. May I know why? How can this be corrected?

A horse will react that way for different reasons. It could be she is telling you she doesn't want to do what you are asking of her, or you could be hurting her.  In general it sounds like she doesn't like being hit. To stop it, you first need to figure out how to get her to do what you want without having to hit her.
