Question
ive just bought a colt welsh cob sec c 7 months old. 5 days ago hes not been handled.hes scared when people go nere him.he will not let you put a brush nere him.when my byfriend took him out for the first time with is head coller on and lead rope. some thing spooked him out then he started going really out of control.then jumped a high fence next to my field.im very nervous so is this gonna be the best thing for me or not. thks stacey

That's difficult to say Stacey.  You haven't mentioned your past experience with horses, nor your goals with your new colt.  My best advice I can give is to advise you to find a trainer in your area who can help you with the foundation of training both on the ground and later in the saddle.
