Yes go back to the basics with this horse! She clearly has forgotten her ground manners! Put her in a round pen and launch her a few times! With her halter on and lead rope whe u have full control of her head get a broom stick with a bag on the end of it and rub her all over when she kicks give her a tap with a firm no and a little harder each kick! If she comes to relax release the pressure reward her! Continue till you build that trust with this horse! Rub her neck her back under belly legs and hinds on both sides! Maintain head control and keep a safe distance from the hinds till you feel that trust and bond!
