what is with this manufacturuer? I own a 2002 Legend LSS750 and have nothing but problems with it. a $9,000 unit came delivered with pumps surging (tech could never find the problem). I have had 1. broken drain plug, 2. torn head rests, 3. jets falling apart, 4. All pumps and power supplies replaced, 5. new heater installed, 7. and now my control panel shorts out. I have spent over $2,500 in repairs and now am looking at another $1,000 to retro-fit a new control system. It costs less to service my Porsche. any class action suits out there I can join?

I too have a Master spa Legend series and my topside controls are toast... buttons will not work and no replacement for the MAS560 to be found anywhere... a 10 year old $7K tub and no parts??? This sucks.

Try sending curcuit board off to a repair facility. Look up curcuit board repair on the internet. Costs less than new Spa pack and controller. There are web sites that repair the circuit boards on spa's only. Master Spa could have replaced these parts on the boards but they passed it on to the consumer. Do't get a new pack and controller fo $1000.00 while you can pay a couple of hundred for a rebuild of the curcuit board.
