Question The leaves on my yucca look like they are rotting and they are also yellowing, what is this caused from and how do I help my plant get better?
Answer Misty,
If you are watering it more often than once a week you are watering it to often and that is what is causing it to get yellow leaves and rot. Also it needs to be getting full sun all day long if it is being grown indoors. It needs to be in front of a south or west facing window with the window covering open all day long. If you are growing it outdoors it needs to be in a semishady location and needs to be kept Yuccas are desert plants and needs to be raised like cacti. If you have more qquestions feel free to write again. Good luck.
