Question My Jade plant is losing leaves. They are just randomly dropping off. I don't know if I am overwatering ?? Or it is not getting enough light. Please help !
Answer Dear Randy,
During the summer your plant needs to be watered thoroughly when the compost begins to dry out. And of course it should be fertilised too, once every fortnight will be fine during the spring and summer.
It needs bright light, perhaps a little sunshine but not hot midday summer sun and plenty of fresh air. If you have a place outside where you can place it for the summer I am sure it will soon buck up, otherwise place it in a light position by, preferably, a south facing window.
