House Plants/pathos plant problem

Question
I had a lush, healthy pathos plant that was thriving in partial sun. It was in a 12" pot. When I raised and draped its (stems, branches?) around a plant hook from the ceiling, it lost all of its leaves and is now dying. Why would this happen?

Thank you.

Answer
Hi Diane,

I need some additional information. Did you do anything else to the Pothos other than lift its stems? Did you repot it or change its location relative to the light?

Please describe the light source and how far away it is.

How do you decide when to water it?

If possible send me some photos - wcreed@horticulturalhelp.com

I look forward to your reply.
