Question
I was helping a new employee of 6 months get use to his online check. The check was the same week as mine and he was making a LOT more per hour. Then a few weeks later he sees a mess and says " I am not cleaning that up for $$ an hour" in a serious tone. Why should a person make $8-9 more than me for doing the same job? I have been there for 3 years and I am training him. Not fair and it stinks because of legal "rules" and the recession.

Answer
JASON,

BASED  ON  YOUR BRIEFING,

-I  think  you  got  a   case.

-I think  the  legal support   will  not help  you.

-I  don't  think  even   the  labor  council  can  help  you.

========================================
MY   SUGGESTION,

-write  down  the  case  in  detail.

-sit  down  with your  boss.

-explain  the case / say  you  feel  cheated.

-ask  the boss  to  correct  the  wrong  and
give  you  the justice.

SAY ---YOU  ARE  ONLY  SEEKING  JUSTICE
AND  NOTHING  MORE.

REGARDS
LEO LINGHAM
