Question
HI i commerce graduate working with Barclays capitalas a backoffice assistant on temp base i m interested in HR Course will u haelp me out what to or know more about HR course

Answer
Dear Rajesh
Where are you based. Depending on that you will need to see where you need to do the course and how it will help you in your career.

I see from the mail that it says you are based in UK. If that is the case, I do not have much knowledge about the courses there.

However, if you are based in India, then it will help if you can do a full time 2 year MBA course in HR from a reputed institute. There are several institutes from where you can do HR MBA like XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, SIBM etc.

Do let me know some details and I will be able to respond more meaningfully. All the best.
