I am facing problem to get the full & Final amount from my last company. They ask me to wait for 90 days and only after 90 days i will get my Full and Final amount. i left the company in January-2009 and its 6 months passed but still havn't get my Full and Final amount. And when i asked them for PF they told it would be possible after you get your Full and Final. i asked to HR frequently but i m not getting any updates or proper respose from my old HR Team.
Pls suggest me what should i do to get my Full and Final amount????? is there any legal process to get this amount or is there any online facility to log the complain legally regarding this issue.

Tell me what reason they have specified for not paying your F & F. Further provide me your designation, tenure with this company, city and state location.
