I've done my fulltime MBA degree(sp.HR& Marketing) from Utkal university & having around 4.5yrs work exp in HR related fields. But i've always wanted to get into a Corporate in Core HR,but tillnowi've not got the opportunity. currently i work with "TeamLease Services" -Bangalore, in the payroll divison. Shall i go for any advanced courses in HR which would help me get the job thati'mlooking for? would be really thankful,if you can suggest me on my difficulty?

Hope you're doing fine.
There are various certificate courses available with ICFAI, E-cornell, IGNOU, welingkar and various other institution. Like I remember IGNOU and ICFAI have run various course for managerial effectiveness, performance management and training & development.
Further lot of private consultants/colleges are running short terms certification courses popular into certified recruitment analyst, certified compensation & benefit specialist, certified OD specialist, certified training need analysis, six sigma etc.
Even recenly MAFOI consultants, Middle Earth Consultants etc. have also started a short course for hr freshers. Beside this local hrd or management associations often organises short term courses and workshops.
