Question Hi ,i am doing my summer project in hr & i've been asked to make a project related to recruitment .So i am quite confused so would you plz suggest me some topics.

What is the expectation of your guide/ company you are working with? That should give you a clue about the title to choose or the area to work in.
There can be several areas within recruitment depending on the need of the organization. For example, you could look at the following:
a. Enhancing cycle time of recruitment
b. Enhancing quality of recruitment
c. Assessing sources of recruitment
d. Designing the recruitment process to enable decentralization
There can be many more. If you can have a dialogue with your guide and revert on what is the biggest challenge for him/ her in the area of recruitment where they need your help, we can design the project around that.
