Question
As I have completed my MBA in HR in the month of april as i am searching for job during the interview as a fresher how much salary must i expect as in some consultancy or some firm as i have applied in some diffrent consultancies and company as i have not got a call from anywhere so what should i do
SINCE IT IS A DOWNTURN PERIOD ,JOBS MAY BE DIFFICULT .
DONT GIVE UP ,KEEP TRYING VIA JOBSITES ,ADVTS ETC..
Salary is usually based on the compnay policy & you may check the same with the compnay that you have applied to ..
In order to perform better in the interview ,YOU MUST try to acquire maximum inputs in the fields of psychology, economics, sociology, maths, political science and such .Further u should develop your skills in public speaking, written and spoken English and also computer skills. It is most critical to increase your general awareness of current events, business trends & Practices via reading and use of World Wide Web.
