Hi sir,

I hve completed my MBA(HR)from Aima, New Delhi in July'09 but unable to get a job due to recession.i hve 2 yrs of exp. in recruitment as well.Now i m unable to decide what to do.Shud i go for a german language course? or pls tell me what shud i do to improve my career graph.

Hope you're fine.
Sit and relax for a while. Think what exactly you wish to do. Why you had a two years job and why you dont have anything now. Which area of HR interests you most? If it's recruitments why dont you join a placement consultancy? Getting a job there is not very tough. Doing a language course, do you think this will help you getting a job in HR or a travel interpreter. If you like learning languages go for it. yes a particular language may help while moving to a different company in a different country.
