Hope you're doing fine.
HR is a very broad field now. What exactly you wish to do in HR like you wish to get into talent acquisition, generalistic profile, legal compliance, performance management, compensation and payroll, training and development, ERP HRIS etc. Have you decided anything yet? Tell me.

QUESTION: thanx for ur response.i hav interest in training and development,nd talent acquisition.can u brief me about these nd also wat shoud i read nd update myself so that i get exprtised in these

Answer
Hi,

TA is basically recruitment process it starts from the day you're told to lookl out for persons to fill a particular opening in the Organization and it ends after the finally candidates joins on the job. It includes sourcing of the candidates, screening of resume, conducting tests and interviews etc.

Whereas T & D includes providing training to staff, development of the staff which really lacks a certain skill. For example a particular group of people are very bad at attending customers, with traning they may be tought how to attend customers and how to deal with them etc.

Best regards,
Umesh
