Good day Sir

I am employed by a company for 8 yers This company has a contract with another company for services rendered so for the last 6 years I been working with this comany on site
I do not get all the bonusses and advantages as i am a contractor and not a permenant employee of this company

My question by law should this last company not employ me after 6 years so I can also get all the benefits the permenat workers get ?
