Question
I left a job and had outstanding vacation time for which I was finally paid- they deducted a substantial sum for health care coverage. (There was a healthcare deduction made from my final pay previous to this). Is this legal/acceptable?
Thank-you in advance for your expertise

Answer
EJ,
THIS  DOUBLE  DEDUCTION  IS  UNACCEPTABLE.

MY  SUGGESTION

-workout  the  details  of  all  the  payments
-current  / previous  payment s  for  healthcare.

Put  all  the  details  on  a  piece  of  paper.
Along  with  the  original  documents
Visit  the  local  labor  office  and  confirm.

Based  on  the  feedback, send  a  legal  letter  to  the  company.
