Question
I am a small business in FL. and an employee emailed us on Mon. saying she wasn't coming back to work. We have paid her all her earned wages but must we pay unused vacation time? We gave her 3 days off for personal reasons already?

Thank you,

Answer
unused vacation time
NANCY,
AN  EMPLOYEE  cannot  abruptly  resign
From  the  job, without  a  written  request
And  agreement  from  the  employer.

Hence  do not  pay  anything  till
-the  employee puts in  writing  the  reasons
For the  resignation
-your  acceptance.
