HELLO MR LINGHAM.I LAST WROTE TO U WHEN I WAS DOING MY 1ST DEGREE IN HR MANAGEMENT.NOW I GRADUATED IN JULY LAST YEAR.THANX TO YOU FOR SOME VALUABLE INSIGHTS IN THE QUESTIONS I ASKED.NOW MY ORGANISATION IS UNDER GOING A RESTRUCTURING.WE HAVE SOME SENIOR EMPLOYEES HOLDING SENIOR POSITIONS WITH MORE THAN FIFTEEN YEARS OF WXPERIENCE BUT WITH LOWER QUALIFICATIONS (DIPLOMAS AFTER RISING TO THESE HIGHER POSITIONS THROUGH RANK AND FILE) THAN THEIR JUNIORS WHO ATTAINED THEIR HIGHER QUALIFICATIONS (DEGREES) LAST YEAR.WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST WAY TO STAFF SUCH AN ORGANISATION SO THAT WE HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN THE RIGHT POSITIONS WITH THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS?CAN AN EMPLOYEE WITH A DIPLOMA IN HR MANAGEMENT WITH OVER TEN YEARS EXPERIENCE FOR EXAMPLE HOLD A SENIOR POSITION THAN A DEGREE HOLDER IN HR MANAGEMTN BUT WITH LESS THAN TEN YEARS EXPERIENCE?PLS HELP

-third, develop  COMPETENCY  MAPPING  FOR  SENIORS/ JUNIOR  MANAGERS.

-fourth,conduct  potential  appraisal  for  junior  managers.

-fifth, develop  policies  for  

*career  planning
*succession  planning
*promotion
*talent  management


LASTLY,  DISCUSS  THE  DETAILS  FINDINGS   WITH   THE  CEO.
