Hope you're doing fine.

This actually depends on the industry you're into; you can make it employee of the month or employee of the year; whereas we have seen many of the companies reviewing performance quarterly therefore you can give a certificate basis as quarterly performance review.

This will surely motivate your team and those who are not actively participating would wake up and try at least. Everyone wants recognition.
