I have working experience on HR operation and development for 4 yrs also I m interest for several years with self , human , career and personal development sciences

I have power knowledge and applied this below theories and systems on my personal live also my friends ,partners , relatives , colleagues .......... , also I m believing those systems

1-MBIT assessment system ( Myer Briggs assessment career index)
2-4 themes personality color to find work you love index
3- creativeness indexation
4- Holland code of interests
5- Howard Gardner theories of intelligent
6- law of attraction and the secret  
7- lot of books and systmes regarding NLP ,  human design engineer , happiness , etc....................

I want to gather above systems studies + my work experience on HR + managment skills + personal communication skills + social skills

to pursue a career on " career and personal conselling "

1- is that good idea from your point of your experienced view ?

last thing you didn't  answer me about MBA option ? does MBA on HR is rewarding ? also is it rewarding in compare with HRMP-HRBP ? whats the standard can I measure whether the MBA program  original and beneficial or not ? you know sir regarding to your huge experience , there are lot of MBA  programs (online-mini-3 month - 6 months - 3 weeks ) I felt that there are lot of take  away programs or fraudulent education , so please advise how to know the best MBA program for whole offered ?

1- after doing lot of researches I found internships but I m confusing that terminology , is internship concept is designed for students and recent graduate? or it can be able for professional ?


2- from few years ago ( 8 yrs ) , I was interested on business management , one time I found online course and I took a long assessment after finishing I took a certificate of completion , this course is just assessing and evaluating your knowledge on specific area or subject , so I m asking you if you know some online resources let me assessing my knowledge on specific area and give me a certificate of completion ?
