Human Resources/Customised T-Shirt design for corporate employees.

Dear Mark

Do you consider a good HR practice for designing Customised T-Shirts displaying the corporate brand name?.

Hello  Prashant !

I am not an expert at corporate recognition and branding or marketing.  I do have an opinion of course.
My opinion is that most are not used or worn much; cups probably collect more dust than use.

Like tea or coffee cups or pens or baseball caps or umbrellas or flash drives … t-shirts are good for token recognition for employee events, gifts for customers and visitors, etc.  And, maybe they are valuable if part of a well-defined, well developed corporate brand recognition campaign.  I believe that “stuff” collects more dust than delivers value from a corporate branding standpoint.
Must people have/use laptops so I always favored flash drives… large capacity 1Gig or greater maybe be useful … at least flash drives have a  business application, however they are not large enough to help with branding and logo recognition.

That is my opinion, Prashant.  Good luck to you.
