Follow-Ups to Answer from Expert Michael S. Pollard

How would you deal with this same situation if you were one of the employees being bullied, and the boss falls for the "poor me, just trying to help" stuff all the time? That's my situation. Several employees have complained, but the boss does nothing, and even goes so far as to punish the complainers with lesser assignments. I'm on the verge of quitting my job, but in these tough times I can't afford to be without income.

And since I'm in commissioned sales, this bully affects my income. He cherry picks the best sales, and the boss does nothing.
