I can answer any questions that relate to internal or external recruiting, starting a recruiting business, independent recruiting, homebased recruiting, sourcing, screening, qualifying candidates, interviewing skills, resumes, getting job orders, client management, making placements. I can also answer questions about improving internal recruiting structure and effectiveness for internal recruiters and also how to get the best out of external recruiters. I cannot answer questions that pertain to compensation structure.

Experience

As a previous employee at Accenture, I performed primarily recruiting functions. I later served as Director of Recruting operations for Focus Recruiting Group, and then Director of Pharmacist Recruiting at Parker Cromwell and Associates. Currently a recruiting industry consultant focused on helping people start a career in recruiting, improving external recruiter performance and improving internal recruiter performance. I have also authored two books on the subject of recruiting, The Recruiter's Edge, and Power Recruiting.
