Question
im a single mom and my son got arrested in 2007 . he had sex with an under age girl he was 23 yr old and that was his girlfriend but he didnt knew her age . the goverment put felony E on him. he served his 8 months in prison. but after 2 years later the immigration police came and took my son .they want to deport my son . i dont want to break my family im am single mam . im a US citizen . and my son was a green card holder .he never commit any crime after that .my son is innocent .please help me with this matter
I recommend that you consult with a good immigration lawyer. If you don't know one, then contact your state bar and ask them to recommend a good immigration lawyer. You can usually get what is called an "initial consultation" for less than $150. When you have a legal issue, you should seek the advice of a lawyer who specializes in that field. You should not depend on legal advice from someone who is not a lawyer.
