I'm think that so not right I'm wonting to start any investigation but not by his buss by the Department of justice within the state of Utah my sister said the time was 10:30 PM. What to do about this issue? Ordinance listed from Section 5.40.040. I'm wont the city police department to stop harassing my family this as been going on for the last 3 to 4 year. Please note section title - this is not a Scottish law issue.

I would think that any Police Officer knocking on someone's door was doing so for a perfectly lawful and reasonable purpose ie investigating crime, not in order to harass anyone, however you failed to indicate the reason for the Police Officer's calling at your sister's house eg house to house enquiries regarding local crime, suspected person or item within house etc etc.

Your question is virtually unreadable, but I'm sure that your local taxpayers would be infuriated at even the thought that you might wish to try to raise a complaint regarding such a matter, even if you were the alleged victim and thus so entitled!
