Question
Dear Kent,

sorry to trouble you again......I have finally purchased the gas operated Browning gold fusion evolve and although I have only fired a dozen of shots with it I have nothing to complain about....but when it comes to cleaning I am at a loss....as I have never had a gas operated gun before....what solution/chemical is best to use to cleanse its gas operated parts....those parts that get dirty I mean....sincerely hoping to hear from you soon I thank you in advance.

sincere regards.

Answer
I'm betting that you have a lot of different products in Malta than what I have here.  I just use a good powder solvent to clean my Beretta.  There's a newer foaming barrel cleaner that I like too. I block one end of the barrel with paper tissue, and fill it with the foam.  I later clean it out with a swab. I put a light coating of oil on metal parts when I store the gun for the season.

Regards,
Kent in SD
