Answer It is a mix of vitamins that is put together in no particular way so as to treat a specific disease. For those of a regular diet they would not be deficient of any of these vitamins; therefore, it would not have a basis for working since the amount of each of these vitamins in the preparation is very small. There is a chance (understanding that I do not know your family) that there is a placebo effect from taking this medication.
