Question do u know where i can get a subliminal messages for hypnosis for sleep it is realy hard for me to get sleep and on criss angel he used a flyer with subliminal messages in it to put ppl to sleep please respond

sorry about my slow response as I've been on the road teaching a class and just got back home.
I'm afraid I can't be of much help to you as I don't know specifically of any place for you to get that stuff ... but I'd think that an online search of "subliminal hypnosis" would lead you to a number of places.
Personally I don't have alot of confidence in subliminals ... instead preferring straight forward hypnosis .... and there are a number of hypnosis tapes to help you sleep.
You also could learn self hypnosis and put yourself into hypnosis when you go to bed ....
