The problem you're experiencing is in the hydraulics. I suggest replacing the clutch slave cylinder and clutch master cylinder. The slave is located on the side of the transmission and the the master is usually mounted to the firewall on the drivers side. Part of the master goes through the firewall and hooks to the clutch pedal. Each cylinder has a rubber dust boot that you can peel back. pump the pedal, look close and you should see the fluid leak.
Often times if only the leaking cylinder is replaced the added pressure of a tighter seal will cause the other to leak.
