Question I have a 2004 Sonata and hear a whirring noise. I was told by the dealer that it was the alternator. I replaced it but still hear the noise. What could it be?
Answer not sure. i signed up on this website as an auto paint expert...not sure why i get mechanic questions. If i were you, i would ggo back and speak to exact person who counseled you on the alternator. Apparently he does mechanic business like me and my painter buddies do...just keep replacing items till we get it right. it gets expensive that way for us novices.
