I can answer all questions regarding ICQ except those like: "I have lost my password, how do I get it back?" because I am not an ICQ Team member, so I cannot do anything about lost passwords.

I did an education as a Management Assistant in Informatics, I am using ICQ since ICQ2000b, but of course I know the current ICQ client the best. I also used the alpha ComPad ICQ client.

i have window vista since they updated it i can't get into any icq chat called msn called microsoft said they can't help it is an icq problem but it worked before i don't understand what happened thanks

Do you mean http://www.icq.com/chat or the ICQ instant messaging client downloadable from http://www.icq.com/?

Which Windows Vista version you are using? (32bit or 64bit? Is Service Pack 1 installed?) - > START --> RUN... -> winver

Which is the exact error message and what you tried?
