why when i put contacts in always invisible to this user, they can still see my status? And, when i am in invisible, all contacts can still see that i am online, how come?

Thanks for your question!

Sounds like a bug, please be sure you use the latest ICQ version from www.icq.com/download

Just run setup, it will automatically update your current installtion.
