|Comment||Thank you Joerg!! I had tried quitting or exiting ICQ ... but not simply "logging out." The logging out method makes perfect sense and for ICQ to remember password is certainly handy for most users. Over a decade ago I used ICQ and had migrated to MSN Messenger once ICQ went through some changes that caused problems. MSN then forced conversion to Skype and unfortunately my experience with Skype included many lines of text simply disappearing and this makes for extremely poor conversation!! Skype support was lousy as well in regards to troubleshooting the issue. It is great to see ICQ resurrected and your support of the program is certainly a huge plus. Thanks again for your assistance.|
I can answer all questions regarding ICQ except those like: "I have lost my password, how do I get it back?" because I am not an ICQ Team member, so I cannot do anything about lost passwords.
I did an education as a Management Assistant in Informatics, I am using ICQ since ICQ2000b, but of course I know the current ICQ client the best. I also used the alpha ComPad ICQ client.
