Question Hi, I bought a DVG-1402S router hoping to configure easily for the voipbuster sip service. Since I am not an expert I do not get through: cannot figure out how to do it with data supplied by voipbuster on the different screens opened on my VoIP service on the router. In addtion since I replaced my lan-switch with the router above, I cannot access to Internet with my PocketPc via WIFI to the Wlan router ( bought some months ago)- I get a message as : error 5470:cannot find server or there was a DNS error. But the NB can connect without any problem! Thanks for the help.
Answer OK I need a few more details:
1) How is your WLAN router connected? Does it hook into the back of the DVG-1402S router?
2)Does a normal PC work behind the DVG-1402S?
3) What is your setup DSL or Cable? What way is the DVG hooked to the internet, i.e. DSL Modem <---> DVG <-----> PC?
4) When you say "the NB" can connect do you mean Netscape Browser?
5) Can you email me some screen shots of your configuration where you are trying to enter the parameters for voipbuster?
