QUESTION: Warcraft Dota and Counter Strike
ANSWER: unfortunately two people can not connect to the same counter strike server if you are behind a home router with a NAT firewall. Even turning the firewall off will not help.
The counter-strike server sees each user as an IP-Address. Your broadband service provider only gives you one IP-Address. So two people can not share the same IP-Address. Your friend could connect to a different server from you but then you can not play together in the same "world".
If you want to play, you will have to setup your own counter-strike server on a computer at your home. You can then play on it together.
Warcraft, etc. work the same way.

QUESTION: ok...but im now using LAN and not connect via internet...me and my fren computer is next to each other and we connect with a lan cable, we then set a very own ip add with is diff among us..then i can ping ,later when i want to play game..i cant locate him..we r not connect using internet tough
Answer I dont mean your internal LAN ip-address, I mean your external internet ip-address has to be unique per user. Your DSL modem or whatever you use to connect to the internet only has one ip-address on the internet. Behind that in your own LAN you can have as many ip-addresses as you want but this will not help counter strike as it only sees your one internet ip-address.
The fact that you can communicate with each other directly does not help.
Each of you needs to successfully be able to connect to the counter strike game server on the internet to "see" each other.
Counter strike and such games are not direct peer-to-peer games. They require all communication from a user to go to their central server on the internet and then it gets forwarded back to the other player.
Because you two are on the same internet ip-address, only one of you will be able to connect to the same counter striker server at any point in time.
