I used Yahoo messenger and Skype for voice chat but because of some dificulties looking for some alternatives.

QUESTION: I'm in Iran and the Yahoo messenger voice chat is not work properly here
Skype can not be installed on my Partner PC in canada (software problem) so I thought the easiest way is using another Software

Answer
The first thing to do is to check if SIP telephony is blocked from your country. SIP telephony works over port 5060/udp.

If SIP is not blocked, you can hook up a hard phone or a soft client to any of the SIP VoIP providers around the world. Try looking into www.broadvoice.com

Which country to do you want to call to? Different providers offer different plans. I can help you with the selection.
