I can answer just about anything about IRC. The reasons IRC exist, how it came into being, its history, its future. I know about IRC protocols, -server daemons and client programs, commands, scripts, and even how to behave on IRC, and how to be a good irc operator (ircop), channel operator (chanop), and ordinary user.
I have been utilising IRC since the year 1999. I have been on many many IRC networks, but have decided to narrow my domain (home) down to only two IRC networks. One called lagnet.org.za, and another called exposed.za.net. I am most firmiliar with the Ultimate IRCd and Anope IRC services. I have used Xchat, KVIrc, BitchX, BersIRC and the mIRC clients. But right now I mostly use mIRC and Xchat (for unix)
