Question
I live in an apartment building where the free wi-fi does not load videos properly. The ISP says a user has damaged the wi-fi service by uploading a large file to a website. Can this be true?

Answer
Hi Mr Aziz,
ISP is worried about the bandwidth consumption from server during upload or download. His words, as they are mentioned in your question, are correct as far as his service conditions are considered: but no real damage to any other technical aspects. It happens that you were grabbing high percentage of the available bandwidth during uploading process, thats all and other users may be deprived  of the same!Dont worry, these things happen in Internet and nobody has any solution as we share the resources 24 X 7!
