Identifying Unknown Plants - wild vine with berries

Question
A coworker has a vine growing in her hedge. It has leaves that look similar to a grape leaf. The odd thing is that it has multi-colored berries raning from pink to blue and purple. They look like colorful eastereggs. They are present now in November. Do you what wild vine this is?

Answer
Sounds like you have a Porcelain vine, which is an invasive weed in some parts of the country. Take a look at the image search below to see if I'm right.
