Question

PLANT!

We have this great potted plant in our office, and I love it and want to buy some for my home, but I have no idea what it is.

Answer
I am fairly certain that is a type of Croton, though I have never seen one exactly like that. There are many varieties of croton with different types of variegation. Most are multi-colored, but I have seen some with yellow variegation only, though not exactly like that. I hope I am correct about that.
