Immigration Issues/immunizations

Question
Hello

I am looking all over the net for what immunizations you have to have to apply for a green card?  What if the person does not have their immunization record?

Answer
Sanaa,
See http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/pdf/ti-03/appdx-a_693vacc.pdf for information on immunizations.  If you do not have an immunization record, you would have to retake them. The USCIS certified physician will be able to provide you with immunizations.
Sincerely,
