Question
Hi,

I have a H1 B approved receipt I-797B for a company A. Now Company B has offered a permanent job.

What is the process to start working with Company B. Please answer this question its urgent.

Thanks
Mary

Answer
Mary,
The new employer files a new H1b for you.  Since you have already been counted against the cap, it should not be a problem.  While I do not know enough about your case to give specifics, generally speaking, once the new H1b has been received by the USCIS, you can begin working for the new company, even before the H1b is approved.  We have done this for numerous clients.
Good Luck
