QUESTION: I initially filed i 1-30 for my husband alone. from your response, i will file for daughter seperately. I live in Maryland. Do I need to send the I-130 together with their I-485 and the other forms to the Chicago post center or send the I-130 to the local office in vermont and the 485 to chicago?

Answer
Everything goes to Chicago - If you filed I-130 for husband in Vermont, you might want to consider filing a new complete packet for him as well in Chicago. They medicals and many other things to support forms. Let me know if you need/want a good attorney to process the case!

Robert
