Question
I am a US citizen. In July I will marry a European, currently living in Monaco. His older children, currently live in Nice, France with their mother. They want to move to the US in August after their father and I marry. Their mother is fine with this arrangement. What is the process? How and can I enroll them in my local high school?

Answer
How old are they?If they arfe under 18 when you marry - you can apply for green cards for your husband and 2 stepkids. If they are over 18 when you marry, they must wait for their father to get green card and then he can file for them but it will take a few years.

Robert
