Question

Answer
Hi Megha,

Co. B cannot revoke Co. A's H-1B petition. Therefore, if you continue to be employed by Co. A., you will maintain H-1B status unless Co. A itself revokes its petition, or unless the H-1B approval notice (Form I-797) expires without Co. A filing an extension on a timely basis.
