Dear Sir

I am on H-1 B with consulting company and my consulting company is not finding me a project so I donot have any pay stub so I heard that the employer to pay me even I am on bench so how to tackle with this situation can I complain to DOL or not what should I can do

I would suggest that you first find an employer, apply for the H-1B and then you can call the DOL to get your backwages. If you need any help in getting your backwages, you can contact my firm.
