Question
Dear Sir

I finshed my MBA and now the liquor store want to file the H-1 for me for the position of Accountant so being a liquor store I am in doubt whether that is acceptable or not.

Please help me.

Thanks
Kumar

Answer
Kumar,
It certainly would be a stretch to show that a liquor store requires an accountant. The USCIS will most probably  state that the business  requires a book keeper which is not a H-1B job.
