Question
Hi Mark,
I have h1 visa rejected once. I am planning to apply for F2, but i have heard that if u r rejected visa 3 times u cannot apply for the next 5 years. Is this true? or is this applicable for any particular kind of visa.

Please brief about visa refusal.

Thanks in advance.

Answer
I do not know why your visa was refused and cannot comment upon the refusal.  The rule you are speaking of is not a five year rule.  It is for a much shorter period and only designed to prevent individuals from chronically filing for visas.
Good Luck
