Question
Hi

I got H1B rom company A 1 year back, but i haven't travelled to USA as now.But got good offer from company B.My question is  it legally possible to tranfer my H1B from India.Company B is planning to file new petetion, after getting new petetion from company B if i want to go and work for company A is it possible?

Regards
Viswanath

Answer
Viswanath,
Since you have already been counted against the H1B cap, you should be able to have success if company B files a new H1B.  Once your H1B is approved you could transfer to either Co A or another employer.
Good Luck
